Specific Retention Periods:

• We retain your personal information pertaining to your contract with Corfe & Purbeck Holidays for a period of 7 years in order to fulfil our legal obligations to retain records for tax authorities. This will contain booking detail information and personal data.
• Enquiries via letter, email or telephone: We may retain this personal information for a period of 36 months.

Disclosure of information to 3rd parties
We will only disclose your data to the extent it is necessary to run our business. We will provide your personal data and information to the owners of the rental accommodation which you book.
If we buy or sell the business we may disclose your personal data in order to effect the transaction.
